Every short-term rental needs the basics: clean linens, toiletries, kitchen essentials, Wi-Fi, and safety equipment like smoke detectors and carbon monoxide monitors. Setting your home up with these essentials ensures guests have a comfortable, worry-free stay.

What to Expect

Short-term rentals come with fluctuating occupancy and revenue throughout the year. Expect more wear and tear than long-term rentals, and occasional maintenance needs. Understanding these realities helps set realistic expectations and prepares you for success.

SoCo STR Permit

Operating a short-term rental in Sonoma County requires a valid permit in compliance with local regulations. Make sure to review and apply for the correct permit to avoid fines or legal issues. We can guide you through the process or refer you to the appropriate resources.

Linen Program

Fresh, clean linens are essential to guest satisfaction. Our linen program includes professional laundering & timely replacement of sheets, towels, and pillowcases to maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort. For $150 per bed per year.

Pro - Photography

Quality photos make your listing stand out. We collaborate with experienced photographers who capture your home’s best features with high-resolution images and video tours, helping guests feel confident booking your property.

Repairs & Maintenance

If your home needs attention, anything from minor repairs to clogged toilets to routine maintenance, we have a list of trusted handy and repair persons, plumbers, electricians, etc

Consumable SUPPLIES

Not only do some Short Term Rental platforms require some basic supplies, we are happy to help with restocking the basics and more. Most of our homes include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, TP, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and more.

Cleaning & Laundry

After every reservation, a cleaning is scheduled with one of our professional STR trained cleaners who will ensure your home is clean and guest ready. Paid for by the guest.

We will also laundry sheets at our offsite facility to ensure they are sanitary.
